This year's khakis.

Online, they started selling pants in single-digit waist increments; they sell a 35 waist, which is pretty rare. But they also started selling in quarter-inch-length increments. Instead of a 34, 36, or 38, they sell everything from a 20" to 36" inseam, quarter inch at a time. My plan is to try a 35x35.75, and see how that works out.

(For those so inclined, their Long Rise pant fit still comes in a 37" length.)

Meanwhile, I'm still a big fan of Nordstrom's Smartcare Khakhis, although the "New Smartcare" - the current fit - don't seem to fit as comfortably as the ones from two years ago. They sell all normal waist sizes to a 36" inseam, and hemming is free in-store if you want that cut back to a 35", for example.
